Being American owned and managed we can relate with the certain comforts and amenities many people traveling abroad require.

We take pride on the condition, cleanliness, and smoothness of operation of our business. We feel thats one of our keys to having the amount of repeat customers that we have.

We started this property with the intent of having a private beach home for our family. With slow expansion our family home turned into a family business.

After six years of renting units and many repeat customers later, we're still proud to be here to help you with your full winter/summer retreat or annual vacation needs. With monthly rates we also welcome full time resisdences that choose to never go home!

Since we do not want to over crowd Oceanside 30 with too many units we have started another project in Valencia. It's located 15 min. outside of Dumaguete. With the first phase complete were are now accepting reservations.

It is a completely different atmosphere then Oceanside 30. Our new location named Mountain Side is located in Valencia at 1200ft elevation. The property sits along 220 feet of cliff frontage with views of downtown Dumaguete, city lights at night, the coast, and Siquijor Island.
